 The fabrication department gives a full range of support operations to our bending and welding operations with 10 Punch Presses that range from a 32 Ton mechanical; to a single punch Whitney; to a 100 brake press; to a 150 Ton hydraulic press that allows us to draw, pierce, form and flatten. We have
CNC lathe and CNC mills, drill presses, trim and cut off saws, and feature over 11 machines for reducing, expanding and swagging
tubing. Bauer has the capability to perform end
forming, hi-speed tube perfing up to 3.00"00.
