Bauer’s new BLM Adige LaserTube system (model LT712)is one of the fastest tube cutting systems in the Upper Midwest (the fastest speed, coupled with a 2500 watt laser resonator) and one of the larger tube laser systems (with processing capabilities of up to 6” OD round tubing and 4” Square tubing).

Bauer has added a 2200-WATT PRC 8 spindle tube and sheet Laser to go along with our HAAS and Fryer CNC machining centers and Miyano CNC lathe. These machines offer the customer opportunities to design tubing parts with unique features as well shaped slots copes, holes etc., at an affordable price. All machines are CAD/CAM linked.

Here some specifics on
these machines:

Laser Cutting:

LMI Laser - This system has a 2200-WATT Laser capable of cutting up to 8.00" OD tubing up to .375 wall. It features 8 spindles for tube cutting and a bed for sheet application.

Vertical Machining Centers:

(2) Haas VF-4D – These machines feature 50" x 20" x 25" (xyz) travels. They have a 40 taper cartridge powered by a 20hp dual drive motor with rpms from 450 to 7,500.

CNC Lathe:

MIYANO LE- 21 – This two axis lathe (xz) with up to an 8" machining diameter.
