 Bauer was founded on its welding skills. It remains as one of the core competencies and has developed beyond the manual Mig, Tig, Plasma, and Brazing skills to that of Robotic welding and five on site programmers. We weld all metals and specialize in light gage welding.
The plant is equipped with a bulk gas system to minimize welder down time.

stationary weld stations and is convertible to plasma

Bauer has recently added new inspection
capabilities, used to identify material surface
discontinuities, which is important often in
Welding and other Machining operations.
We now have Certified Level II Inspectors on staff for
Liquid Penetrant Examination, as per ASTM E 1417-99
Specifications (Type 1 and Type II methods A and C).
