At Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators, Inc., our core competency lies in performing different types of tube bending operations including mandrel, non-mandrel, crush, draw, and multi-radius bending. We can bend rounds, ovals, squares, rectangles, or any other complex/special shapes on small to large tubes in carbon steel, aluminized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. |
We specialize in tight radius mandrel tube bending on our numerous CNC tube benders. Push bending & roll bending operations can be carried out as well. Bauer’s CNC rotary tube bender’s feature up to three-position head shifter for multi-radius, multi-plane and difficult bend on bend applications.
Wall thicknesses ranging from 0.028" to 0.250" can be precision bent at our facility. Many of our CNC benders are linked to the laser vector measuring equipment, which has a feedback loop to adjust the benders to exact bend specification. Additionally, we have a large inventory of bend dies/tools (over 500) that assist us in providing short turnarounds for bending jobs.
In addition to our tube bending capabilities Bauer has mastered the art of coiling tubing from .250” OD up to 1.375” OD along with the ability to roll form tubing up to 3.00” OD into coils or cork screw configuration.
