High Speed Tube Fabrication |
From 32-ton punch presses to 150-ton hydraulic presses, a variety of equipment is used to draw, pierce, form, and flatten parts.
We specialize in ID/OD and RAM types of tube forming. Operations such as reducing, expanding, and swaging can be performed to form tube ends. End forming and hi-speed tube perforation of tubes with ODs up to 3" can be handled by us. Our extensive experience in beading, roll forming, and flaring of copper tubes allows us to meet diverse customer requirements.
CNC lathes, mills and cut-off saws help us to perform different tube fabrication operations. As a secondary operation, we also punch holes in tubes using multiple size punch presses & brake presses.
